Below please find the descriptions and rates of spaces available for rent.
Great Hall:
This carpeted room is 45x42with an additional 10x22 ground level smooth cement stage area and a coffee bar. The outside patio off of the Great Hall is 60x20 with 9x45 of covered space. The capacity is 314 guests standing or 147 guests seated at tables. Round tables (60), and chairs are included with the rental of this room.
Hobby Room:
This uncarpeted area is 24x21, has a folding door connecting to the Great Hall. The Hobby Room has a regulation size pool table which is covered and may be used for a buffet table. The capacity of this room is limited to 24 seated at tables or 35 seated or standing.
A portable steam table and salad bar are available for use and may be moved to the Great Hall or Hobby Room during an event but must be returned to the kitchen at the end of the event.
Kitchen Information:
The kitchen is professionally equipped with a double and a single refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range with oven, two convection ovens, and a microwave oven. No freezer space or ice machine is available. There are enough dishes and utensils to serve 100 guests. Pots and pans are all large commercial sizes, punch bowls and cups are available upon request along with additional prep utensils.
We offer reduced rates for non-profit and community based organizations. If you rent our facility for more than one day there is a 20% discount for each consecutive rental day. Please contact the Event & Facilities Coordinator (503-695-7900) for further information regarding the discounted price structure.
